01 — DIRECTION
First clarify what needs to change.
A communication problem rarely begins with communication alone. An unclear message may point to an unclear offer. Content that remains unfinished may reveal a lack of decisions, ownership or structure. A sensitive matter often first requires a reliable reconstruction of the facts.
01
Positioning and brand decisions
What does the business stand for, who is it relevant to and what position does it want to occupy?
02
Business and commercial decisions
Which opportunity, proposition or collaboration is commercially defensible?
03
Communication direction
What needs to become clear, to whom, through which channels and with what argument?
02 — EXECUTION
Do not stop when the briefing is ready.
I also produce the communication myself. This minimises what gets lost between strategy, briefing and publication. Copywriting and website content; photography, video and drone footage; social media and community management; product, project and employer-branding content; campaigns, launches and events; communication in Dutch, French, English and German. The content is created close to the real work: in the office, with clients, on a construction site, among products, people and decisions.
03 — CONTROL
Even when communication becomes commercially sensitive.
Not every assignment is a marketing assignment. Sometimes facts, documents, interests and previous communications must first be organised before an answer, position or next step can be formulated responsibly. Reconstructing timelines; structuring information and evidence; sharpening arguments; testing claims and wording; preparing stakeholder communication; maintaining consistency across the parties and channels involved.
Simply Dom is not a law firm and does not act as legal counsel. Where formal legal, tax or technical expertise is required, the relevant specialist is involved.
The form of collaboration follows the problem.
A
Ongoing collaboration
Ongoing involvement in strategy, content, channels and day-to-day communication. For businesses that need senior capacity without building a full in-house team.
B
Strategic sprint
A defined engagement around positioning, rebranding, a commercial proposition, communication structure or an important decision point.
C
Project or business matter
Focused responsibility for a website, campaign, launch, event, negotiation or complex business communication.
